“Like Flowers in the Wild, Dragon and Horse Spirit” Touring Exhibition
The “Flowers in the Wild, Dragon and Horse Spirit” exhibition officially set sail at the Shanghai West Bund Art Fair in November 2024. During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake in 2025, the second stop of the exhibition will be held in cooperation with the Beijing JW Marriott Hotel. The lively and vibrant artistic sensibility and the strong Spring Festival atmosphere are cleverly combined, calling for the arrival of spring.
"Like a flower in the wild" implies freedom and returning to nature, showing the vigor and purity of life. Artist Jia Wei is committed to exploring the healing and universal nature of art, which is also his creative concept. He uses the appeal of art to influence more people and let more people feel the "beauty" of life.
The "Dragon-Horse Spirit" symbolizes the spirit of forging ahead courageously and being proactive. The fusion of the two gives this exhibition a unique artistic connotation.
"Flowers on Horseback" series: exploring the spiritual bond between man and nature
At the turn of spring and summer in 2024, Jia Wei stayed in "Ruhua's Home" in Yunnan. The picturesque natural scenery and the Ruhua aesthetic space full of artistic atmosphere became an endless source of inspiration, giving birth to four precious manuscripts of the "Hua Ruhua" series. In October of the same year, on the eve of the Shanghai West Bund Art Fair, Jia Wei passionately created four new masterpieces filled with surging enthusiasm.
In the "Flowers on Horses" series, horses are no longer just carriers of flowers, but have become the core subject of expression. Horses have always been a symbol of strength, freedom and uninhibited spirit. In this series, the fusion of humans and animals breaks through the boundaries of traditional portraiture and deeply explores the hidden and deep emotional resonance and soul bond between humans and nature.

The Year of the Snake Spring Festival Special Exhibition: A Perfect Dance of Art and the Spring Festival
The 2025 Year of the Snake Spring Festival Special Exhibition "Like Flowers in the Wild, Dragon and Horse Spirit" was held at the Beijing JW Marriott Hotel Guangdong on the occasion of the Spring Festival, which is of great significance. It closely links art with traditional festivals, making art no longer an unattainable and elegant thing, but a wonderful experience that is integrated into life and close to the public. Here, every audience can find resonance in the world of "like flowers" and draw strength to move forward under the inspiration of the dragon and horse spirit.
The unique red gift box metal frame and the four paintings in the "Flowering Horses" series complement each other and create a wonderful effect with great visual impact. The bright and eye-catching, warm and unrestrained red color unique to the New Year is full of the beautiful meaning of auspiciousness, happiness and reunion, and is the most distinctive color symbol of the Spring Festival culture; the metal frame, with its exquisite texture, cleverly integrates the unique charm of modern art, adding a touch of fashion and avant-garde to the entire exhibition.
The “Like Flowers in the Wild·Dragon-Horse Spirit” exhibition is an art feast that combines natural beauty with positive spirit. Through a dialogue across time and space, it not only praises the purity and vitality of nature, but also promotes the spirit of continuous struggle. This exhibition is not only an artistic display, but also a profound transmission of the values of freedom and progress. Let us be like flowers in the wild together and look forward to the next exhibition!
