During the 2025 Beijing Contemporary Art Fair, Jia Wei KK's solo exhibition "Like Flowers in the Wild·Dragon and Horse Spirit" presented at booth D23 became the focus of the art scene. In this exhibition, not only the "Like Flowers on Horses" series created in 2024-2025 was displayed, but also new works such as "Like Flowers Dancing Dragon·Four" and "Like Flowers in Dreams·Starry Sky" from the "Like Flowers in the Mountains and Seas" series were released, realizing the spiritual context of extending the "free growth" symbolized by "Like Flowers in the Wild" to "Return to the True Self". The theme of "Dragon-Horse Spirit" uses horses as a medium to explore the philosophy of power, freedom and vitality. In the "Flower on Horse" series, the symbiotic image of horses and "Flowers" becomes the core visual symbol: the horse's vigorous body and the "Flowers"' agile form complement each other, constructing a deep connection narrative between man and nature. This series not only echoes the artist's future imagination of "symbiosis of carbon-based and silicon-based life", but also conveys the vigorous power of life with visual tension.

In this series, Jia Wei innovatively interprets the image of the elephant from a unique artistic perspective. Elephants are often given auspicious meanings and carry the accumulation of civilization. He combines dreamy colors and surreal compositions to convey warm and beautiful emotions and expectations for a better life.

In the work "Like a Flower in a Dream·Starry Sky", the combination of the elephant with big blue eyes and the red "Like a Flower" on the top of the elephant's trunk is full of imagination - the pure and beautiful heart (like a flower) and the strong and reliable power (lucky elephant) are interdependent. The elephant in the picture is presented in a soft form, conveying the image of gentle protection; the heart-shaped head and sideways posture of "Like a Flower", when standing on the top of the elephant's trunk, its composition directly inherits the auspicious paradigm of "elephant carrying a treasure bottle" in traditional New Year paintings (such as Tianjin Yangliuqing New Year paintings "All Things Renewed"). However, Jia Wei broke the limitations of secular life scenes with a surreal perspective, transforming the folk imagination of "flowers on the elephant's back" into a metaphor on the spiritual level, making "Like a Flower" a connection point between the magnificent imagination of "Classic of Mountains and Seas" and the contemporary soul appeal.

The deep blue-purple background with flashing spots creates a mysterious and vast atmosphere like the universe, which not only symbolizes the unknown and vast world, but also implies the spiritual universe deep in people's hearts. The blue elephant in the main body echoes the background color. In the large-scale picture of 320cm×210cm, the audience can immerse themselves in the fantasy art world created by it.
